Exterior Remodel & Repair in Rathdrum, ID
Customer had siding damage from back deck construction. Replaced the damaged pieces of siding and lowered door back to stem wall height. Installed new slider, added a window next to the slider for more light into the living room; updated the trim and painted the back of the house.
Exterior Remodel in Hayden, ID
The customer wanted to increase their deck space and enhance the home’s look and color.. We extended the front porch and added cedar railing to create an inviting area. We also custom-fitted corbels to the front and replaced the painted pickets on the back deck with cedar pickets that perfectly complement the new paint.
Smithson Interior in Post Falls, ID
The customer requested a complete interior remodel of their newly purchased home. This included removing a closet from a bedroom—which was being converted into an office—to expand the dining room space. We replaced the sliding door and added a window to bring more light into the dining/living room area. The project was completed with new paint, doors, trim, and flooring.
Trim Update in Rathdrum, ID
Customer wanted a trim update for their house. Removed all old trim and casings, installed new trim with different stylings. Created a more elaborate door header style for visual appeal.
Insurance Rebuild in Rathdrum, Idaho
- Customer had a washing machine flood into the bedrooms, bathrooms and part of the living room.
- This rebuild included exterior wall insulation, drywall, MTT, paint, and trim.
- Replaced the damaged heating ducting and insulation in the crawlspace.
- New flooring, re-installed doors, cabinets, and toilet
- Moved customer’s contents back into the house.
Custom Dock Cover in Coeur d’Alene, ID
Customer wanted a dock covering for their pontoon boat. Discussed the different style options and the customer decided metal post with stained 4×4 construction.
Pergola build in Coeur d’Alene, ID
Customer wanted a hot tub pergola with a floating roof style so access to the house is easier. Needed privacy for the neighbors and street view but wanted to look out at the golf course. Used bricks from a recent remodel to make a paver style approach.
Custom Chicken Coop in Coeur d’Alene, ID
Customer wanted a chicken coop that could be transferred into a shed at a later time. Built shed style with a 6×16 run for the chickens. Used a photo the customer wanted to copy from.
Shingle Repair in Coeur d’Alene, ID
Customer had shingle damage from birds pecking into the wood shakes from the window ledge. Removed the decorative pieces and stripped the shakes down to the damage. Replaced with matching pieces, added bird spikes and reinstalled shakes and decorative pieces.
Custom Shed Build in Hayden, ID
Customer wanted a custom shed/storage shed with a lean-to style roof with the dimensions of 16×10 with a 10ft to 8ft roof slope. Customer lives in the snow belt so they opted for the 2-ft metal bottom wrap for rot prevention and a metal roof.
Detached Garage in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho
The customer’s detached garage was in poor condition and needed a renovation to match the house. This was a tricky project as the garage was built in the early 50’s and many components were not straight, level, or square. We stripped down all the damaged cedar and pine, added waterproofing house wrap, reinforced different areas to add facia and soffit, a bellyband, trim around the doors, windows and corners. We discussed different paint/stain options and styles with customer as can be seen in the photos and the decision landed on mostly white with some black accents.
