Our Process
1 Initial Consultation & Assessment
We assess the damage in the mitigation phase, review your scope of work, communicate with the restoration company for the saving of materials needed to match for the rebuild, and start collecting bids from the needed subcontractors to ensure a smooth transition from mitigation to rebuilding.
2 Coordination with Insurance
We work with you while you communicate with your insurance provider and we will meet with your adjuster onsite and explain the scope of the project and extra costs involved for the rebuild so they can provide the best cost with no surprises.
3 Rebuilding Phase
We plan out the rebuild timelines and communicate with our subcontractors before starting the job, ensuring the completion of your job with the highest quality results in the best amount of time.
4 Final Walkthrough & Completion
We ensure everything is completed to your and your providers satisfaction and provide final photos and documentation for insurance purposes.
